Quality is our top priority. Each batch undergoes rigorous third-party testing to confirm identity, purity, and potency. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for our research products upon request so you can verify that they meet the highest industry standards.
Do you ship internationally, and how do you handle customs?
No. We ship only within the United States — we do not offer international shipping. All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product names, descriptions, or extra labeling on the outside of the box.
What is the best way to store peptides after I receive them?
Proper storage is crucial for maintaining peptide integrity. Generally, we recommend storing peptides in a cool, dry place—often refrigerated between 36°F and 46°F. For longer-term storage, many researchers keep peptides in a -4°F freezer. Always consult your lab’s best practices for handling and storage.

What is your return or replacement policy?
If your vial arrives damaged, contaminated, or fails your visual inspection, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free. Because these are research materials, we can’t accept returns beyond that — but if there’s ever a shipping error on our part, contact our support team and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How quickly do you ship orders and what shipping methods do you use?
Orders placed by 5pm Mountain, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. We use reputable carriers with tracking so your research materials arrive safely and on schedule.
Qualifying orders of $175 or more are eligible for free shipping. Discount is given during checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Credit/Debit card & eCheck payments (with Plaid). If you represent a university or large institution, we can often accommodate purchase orders or invoice-based payments. Just let us know your needs, and we’ll find a payment solution that works for you.
